Dude, there are yearbooks of the best ads published annually, as well as trade publications showing what advertising is the best in the world. I know this because this is where you see Korean ad-agency employees sitting on the floor at the Kyobo Bookstore, copying from those books (of course, not buying them, silly!). Hankook is much less likely to have followed others' advertising. And the frog-in-the-well public? Forget it. That's why the ad agency felt so safe to rip off the Canadian ad.
